Last weekend we snuck in one more little trip before life begins with school and sports and everything else. We headed up to Flagstaff with some friends to get out of the heat and so the boys could go and watch Cardinals Camp. The first stop was the AquaPlex...a mini indoor water park.
My 2 little fish loved it...there was a huge hot tub, lazy river, water slides, and Carters favorite a little whirlpool.
That afternoon the boys headed out to Cardinals Camp. Carter loved to watch the team practice and be able to get so close to the action. Plus all of the blow-ups were a hit too!

Carter has been obsessed with "cheek pads" the black mark under the eyes. For the past few months I have just been using a black marker....but at Cardinals Camp they found some official "cheek pad" stickers! Awesome huh!
The Ito's were so nice and brought a flag for him....and one of the Cards signed it for him!

The next day we headed off to the Arboretum "The Mountain Garden". It was BEAUTIFUL and the weather was so nice! The kids spent awhile playing tag in the maze.

At the end we saw a Bird Show with hawks and owls.....The one rule was to stay seated...guess who's kids could not stay in their seats. SHOCKING!
It was a fun weekend....it was so nice to let the kids play outside and take them to the park and not have them sweat to death. Until next year! Go Cards!

i was totally thinking, "how can she get a real picture with those cheek stickers on? haha. then you mentioned it in the post. you do have pretty stinkin cute kids though! we missed you all summer.
