Kate is sneaking up on 11 months and is getting ready to walk. She has been cruising around furniture for the past few months and will now stand by herself. So since it is now Fall and a cool 93 degrees we decided to take Kate on her first walk. She was GREAT!
We first started off practicing on the grass...
She seemed very proud of herself too...
Big Brother Carter was a HUGE helper...Yelling,"Come On Kit Kat! You Can Do it Kit Kat!"
After mastering walking/pushing on the grass we moved to the street!
Kate picked it up fast, no major road rash!
After a few trips up and down the street with daddy staying VERY close behind.....
Kate decided she had the hang of it and was off all by herself!
Soon enough I will have TWO to chase!
Here's hoping she does not have "selective" listening skills like her brother!
